Principal: Simon Levy
Simon has a track record of 25 years as an experienced civil/geotechnical engineer and business manager with a well-proven record of securing and delivering technically complex projects in a variety of demanding international locations safely, ahead of schedule and within budget.

Particular skills include:

In-depth theoretical and practical understanding of business issues and strategic management including business development, risk mitigation and financial control
Comprehensive technical knowledge of foundations and ground improvement design and construction methods and related equipment
Strong analytical skills to deal with complex contractual claims, variations and project delays
Thorough understanding in the setting-up and execution of budgets and cost control systems and contractual agreements to profitably manage the commercial aspects of projects
Record of successful negotiation in securing projects and closing project accounts

With over 30 years’ experience in the Civil Construction and Logistics, Peter has a strong focus on delivering health, safety, environment and service quality solutions that support successful project outcomes.

Yong has delivered many large and challenging infrastructure and building foundation projects throughout Australia and South East Asia. With more than 25 years of experience, Yong believes in and appreciates ethical professionalism and leadership, collaborative teamwork and innovative improvements to achieve better quality, safety and commercial outcomes for clients and project teams.

Full life cycle project management and control including planning, organizing, execution and delivery
Estimation, tendering and negotiation of foundation works with clear identification of the risks and opportunities
Extensive engineering knowledge with solutions in technical challenging ground conditions

Contract administration, verify commercial procedures, conduct progress payment application and certification, negotiate and award subcontracts, structure and control of working budget
